When Should You Start Vaping?

Many smokers who want to quit now turn to vaping because it is the healthier choice. With a vape you can control and lessen the amount of nicotine that you take in. If you are not a smoker, there is no reason for you to pick up vaping. However, if you are trying to quit, start vaping right away and throw away your cigarettes.

Since vaping is becoming more popular in Australia, more and more people want to try it, even the non-smokers. The question now is, is it safe for non-smokers to vape? Right now, the answer is murky. What we do know is that vaping is safer compared to smoking but vaping is still not entirely safe

E-liquid normally contains food-grade ingredients and should be relatively harmless but until researchers ascertain how safe vaping is, we would caution anyone who wants to vape who is not already a smoker. Also, many e-liquids that are used in vapes contain nicotine, the same addictive substance found in cigarettes. 

However, if you really want to try vaping then we would recommend going with a nicotine-free vape. If vaping is less harmful compared to smoking, vaping without nicotine is much better.

E-juices that don’t contain nicotine or lesser amounts of nicotine are a godsend for those who still want to “smoke” but be healthier. Vapes do not contain any of the other known carcinogens found in cigarette smoke.

So, when should you start vaping? As long as you are of your legal age, you can vape.  

Even without nicotine, vaping can be an enjoyable experience. Try and you will learn how to enjoy vaping without nicotine
