Two Types of Vaping
There are actually two different types of proper vaping — mouth to lung and direct lung.
Mouth to Lung (MTL)

Direct to Lung (DTL)
If your kit is a DTL kit, then you should inhale the vapour directly into your lungs. No need to hold it in your mouth. DTL kits have high Vegetable Glycerin (VG) content. DTL kits are more commonly used for deeper flavour and cloud chasing.
What About Vape Pods or Vape Sticks?
Vape pods or sticks use a mouth-to-lung style of vaping. Use it like you would use a cigarette. But take note, some pods might require you to press a button as you inhale, others are draw-activated. These kits are made to be disposable.
