How Long Will I Have To Wait For My E-shisha Delivery?

Orders are shipped from Brisbane (Postcode 4019) within 2 business days of receiving your order and take between 1-7 business days to be delivered depending on how far away you are. auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times

What if I pay additional for Express Post?

You have the choice at checkout to get your order express posted for an additional $4.40. We still only ship Express Post orders within 2 business days.

What Are the Payment Options

  • Pay Pal – limit of $40 because we have had too many fraudulent transactions with Paypal. Sales over $40 can only be made by credit card.
  • Credit Card – Visa and Mastercard only

What Are The Delivery Charges In Australia?

$4.40 for orders under $20.00, free shipping for orders over $20

There is also an option at checkout for an additional $4.40 to go Express Postage.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, for Express post orders only. Regular shipping does not have a tracking option.

How Are Items Delivered?

Deliveries will take place during business hours with Australia Post.

What if I Receive the Wrong Flavours

If we are out of stock of the flavour you ordered we will replace it with another one. If you don’t want any other flavour other than exactly  what you ordered please write “do not substitute flavours” in the additional comments box at check out. If we don’t have the exact flavours you want we will refund the entire order instead of substituting flavours.

Returns

If your item is damaged, or the goods are not to your satisfaction for any reason contact us and we will sort out a replacement or refund. Replacements are sent in an envelope regular post, not express post.

If you simply change your mind you may return the items within 30 days in “as new” condition for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of freight to return the order to our warehouse. The refund will cover the goods but not post and packing and we will charge you a 20% re-stocking fee.
